Every level of a Google Ads account, every day
Every check is a rule over three ingredients: the entity tree, daily metrics per entity, and a benchmark. Lift walks the tree top to bottom, compares each entity with its siblings, and only fires when the data floor is met.

No-conversion campaign waste · Google Ads
EVIDENCE
A conversion campaign with zero conversions during the selected lookback window after its spend passes the applicable threshold. Where available, the threshold is based on the benchmark CPA for comparable brand or non-brand campaigns, rather than mixing the whole account together.

Tuned to fire on money, not on noise
Lift uses an account-level lookback window of 7, 14 or 30 days across its performance checks, with 30 days as the default. Search-term and placement checks can use up to 90 days of data. Where a check relies on a benchmark CPA, brand campaigns are compared with brand campaigns and non-brand with non-brand; where that split cannot be established, the account benchmark is used with a stricter 5x threshold. Zero-conversion checks are expressed as a spend threshold, because CPA cannot be calculated with no conversions.
What Lift does not flag here
Deliberate choices you have confirmed
A brand campaign kept alive on purpose, a test you are running, a placement you keep for strategic reasons: dismiss the finding once and it stays out of your open list.
Anything below the data floor
Efficiency checks need at least 5 conversions and target nudges at least 10, so ordinary day-to-day noise never becomes a finding.
Flagged by how large it is relative to your daily spend
Severity is a share of what the account spends each day, so it means the same thing whatever your budget. A critical finding on a small account and a critical finding on a large one are equally worth acting on today.

Nothing is applied without your approval.
Every finding sits open until you approve it. You stay in control, and your agency’s setup is never touched without your say-so.
Does not apply to you? Dismiss it.
A deliberately unprofitable brand campaign, a test you are running on purpose, a placement you keep for strategic reasons: one dismissal and it leaves your open list, with the reason on record.
