Vantage for lead generation

Your CRM knows who buys. Your ads don't.

Connect your CRM to Vantage, read-only, and the deals your sales team closes start steering your ad spend. Google bids toward the clicks that become buyers, not the ones that fill forms.

Illustrative example. Names and values are not real customer data.

The gap

The gap every lead‑gen advertiser lives with.

Ad platforms optimize for what they can see. A form submit. To Google, an inquiry from a serious buyer and an inquiry from a job seeker look identical.

Your CRM knows the difference within days. Today, that knowledge never reaches your bidding. Vantage closes the loop.

How it works

One session with your CRM admin. Then it runs.

1

Connect

One session with your CRM admin. Read-only access to a short, named list of fields, granted by your admin and listed in your disclosure. No writes, no new fields, no process change.

2

Tie every deal to its click

Every deal is tied back to the ad click that produced it. Funnel stages, deal values and outcomes flow as they happen, in your currency.

3

Feed the bidding

Values, corrections and disqualifications reach Google's bidding while it can still act on them. Budget follows revenue, automatically.

What changes

Bidding learns from the deals, not the forms.

Deal values reach bidding

A click that leads to a reservation counts for what the deal is worth, not the same as any other form fill. The platform learns to find more of your best customers, not more inquiries.

Disqualifications go back

When your team disqualifies a lead, a job seeker, a window shopper, a duplicate, that verdict is fed back. Google stops being rewarded for finding more of the same.

Cancellations are corrected

A canceled reservation or declined financing is corrected automatically after the fact. Your reported return reflects revenue that actually happened.

Stage progress arrives in time

High-consideration sales close over months; bidding learns in weeks. Vantage sends a viewing booked, an application approved, a reservation made, while the platform can still use it.

What we ask of you

One working session at onboarding.

Your CRM admin points at the fields that describe deal quality in your business, budget, project, model, financing status, and grants read access to that named list. We agree the field set together, and your copy of the disclosure lists every field.

Your lead capture stores the ad click id. If it doesn't yet, we show your team the standard way to add it. This is what ties a deal to the click that produced it.

That's the whole ask. Your sales team keeps working exactly as it does today.

Your first campaigns can be learning from real deals within days of connecting.

The connection takes one working session. Ask us for the field-by-field disclosure and the onboarding checklist.
