five fields on the Lead, nothing else
Example submissions with made-up names, shown next to a Salesforce lead record.
Answers inside the tool your team already uses.
The label, score and reasons appear on the lead record your reps already open. There is no new dashboard to check and no new tool to learn.
01
Right on the lead record
The label, score and reasons sit in the Details tab next to Lead Status and Owner. Reps see them on the record they already open, with no second tool.
02
Filter and report on reasons
Reasons come from a fixed list, never free text. That means list views can filter on them, reports can count them, and reps can see why a lead looks off.
03
Route leads with your own rules
Lead Assignment Rules and Flow treat the label and score like any other field. Send Invalid leads to a holding queue, Suspicious ones to review, and Genuine ones to your reps.
04
Only five fields, agreed upfront
Screen writes five fields on the Lead and copies them to the Contact on conversion. Your admin sees the list before connecting, and nothing else on the record changes.
From form submission to Lead record.
Screen checks each submission, then writes five fields back into your own Salesforce. Nothing else is sent anywhere.

PERMISSION SET
What visitors type is never stored. Only five fields go back to your own Salesforce.
Connect
01
Your admin gives Screen permission to edit its own five fields, then signs in to approve the connection. Nothing else is granted.
Check
02
Screen looks at how the visitor behaved on the page and checks the email and phone they entered. Visitors never see a CAPTCHA or an extra step.
Write
03
The label, score, reasons, time checked and a reference ID land on the Lead. Status, owner, rating and every other field stay exactly as they were.
Route
04
Hold Invalid leads before they reach your team, or let every lead through with its label and let your assignment rules, Flow and reports do the rest.
Screen only edits its own fields.
It cannot create, delete or change any other record or field. Your admin sees the full list of permissions before anything is connected.
Leads your team can trust.
Your reps call real people first, and your reports count real enquiries instead of bots and spam.
Real leads reach reps first
Genuine leads go straight to your reps, so the morning call list starts with people who actually want to talk.
Doubtful leads wait for review
A throwaway email or a phone number that cannot ring goes to a review queue with its reasons, so a person decides before anyone dials.
Reports count real enquiries
Filter reports and dashboards by label, so your lead numbers show genuine enquiries instead of bots and spam.
Nothing is ever deleted
Invalid leads are held or labelled, never removed, merged or archived. Every record stays in your Salesforce and you can review it at any time.

What your admin approves
What it reads
Standard fields on Lead, Contact, Opportunity, OpportunityContactRole and OpportunityHistory. No free-text fields and no other objects.
What it writes
Five fields on the Lead, copied to the Contact on conversion: Verdict, Score, Reasons, Checked At and Reference. Nothing else.
Editions
Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer work as they are. Professional needs the Web Services API add-on. Group and Essentials are not supported.
Email and phone
Scrambled with SHA-256 the moment they arrive. The original values are never stored.
Data shared
None. Results go back to your own Salesforce and nowhere else.
Storage
Kept separately for each customer and encrypted. Disconnecting deletes your stored login details.
Deletion
Never. Screen does not delete, merge or archive anything in Salesforce.
Set up in four simple steps.
No code on your side and no change to how your team works in Salesforce. We handle the setup with your admin.
Agree the fields
01
We confirm the five fields Screen will add to your Lead and the values your views and reports will filter on.
Link the ad click
02
If your form saves the ad click ID on the Lead, the label sits next to the campaign it came from. This is optional.
Connect Salesforce
03
Your admin grants edit access to the five Screen fields and approves the connection.
Review before holding
04
At first every lead gets through with its label. You review the results with us, pick a score threshold, and switch on holding only when you are ready.
Editions
Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer work as they are. Professional needs the Web Services API add-on. Group and Essentials are not supported.

Standard fields such as name, status, lead source and dates, plus the email and phone it checks. It never reads free-text fields.
No. Status, owner, rating and every other field stay yours. Screen only fills in its own five fields.
Use Lead Assignment Rules or Flow, the same way you use any other field. A common setup sends Invalid leads to a holding queue and Suspicious ones to review.
No. Screen works with your forms as they are. Saving the ad click ID on the Lead is optional.
Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance and Developer. Professional needs the Web Services API add-on. Group and Essentials are not supported.
No. Results go back to your own Salesforce only. No email, phone, name or record goes to any third party.
At any time. Disconnecting cancels access and deletes your stored login details. Fields already written stay in your Salesforce.
