“When we take low-quality traffic out of the funnel before it reaches the algorithm, the campaign optimises against cleaner signals and the efficiency comes through quickly. For AMA Nissan, that was a 40% lift in conversion rate and a lower CPA on Google, with nothing else in the setup changing. That is the kind of result we want to offer clients as a matter of course.”

“We've been using Tapper for over a year now, and it has become a core part of how we run paid media. Invalid traffic was always something we knew existed but couldn't really act on. Tapper changed that. We're now saving up to $50K per year, and on PureSquare specifically, we saw around a 20% decrease in CPA. Based on these results, we decided to roll it out across other ventures under Disrupt as well.”

Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about Tapper Block, Tapper Vantage, and how the pilot works.
Tapper runs two engines on the same integration. Tapper Block removes the bottom of your traffic: bots, click farms, and junk clicks are knocked out in real time and the wasted budget goes back to work on real users. Tapper Vantage works the other end: it predicts each user’s lifetime value from the first click and sends that prediction to Google, Meta, and TikTok as a signal they can bid on.
The two compound. Block cleans the data the platforms learn from, and Vantage aims that clean signal at the top 2% of customers, the ones who drive about 60% of revenue.
Platform protection is a floor, not a ceiling. It catches the obvious bots, refunds some invalid clicks after the fact, and stays deliberately conservative, because the platform is grading its own homework.
Two problems remain. Invalid clicks still spend your budget before any refund lands. And worse, they poison the conversion data your campaigns learn from, so the algorithm keeps finding more of the same junk.
Block works ahead of that: invalid users are identified in real time and pushed to exclusion lists across every connected platform, so they stop seeing your ads at all. Real users are never blocked.
No. Exclusions target confirmed invalid behaviour, not broad audiences, and real users are never blocked.
You do not have to take that on faith: the pilot includes a proper test, so if real buyers were being excluded you would see it in the numbers immediately. What teams actually see is the same or more conversions from the same budget at a lower CPA, because spend refocuses on real demand.
It is enough if first-conversion value is a fair proxy for long-term profit across your customer base. For many businesses it is not. E-commerce teams see strong first-order ROAS while repeat rate and margin tell a different story weeks later. Subscription and app teams see trials convert inside the platform window while the real value shows up long after.
Optimising only on early proxies inflates spend on one-and-done buyers and undervalues the customers who keep paying. Vantage is for teams whose best customers reveal their value after the platform stops looking.
Dashboards tell you who turned out valuable. They do not tell Google or Meta who will become valuable, per user, at bid time.
Vantage closes that gap: it predicts lifetime value from the first click and delivers it server-side as a signal each platform can actually bid on. If the platform never receives a user-level value signal, it keeps optimising toward short-window conversions no matter what your analytics team already knows.
tROAS and value-based bidding optimise from whatever value signal the platform already receives. Vantage improves the signal itself: predicted per-user lifetime value built from your first-party data, engineered for how each platform learns, and recalibrated as real outcomes land.
You keep running the same campaigns and bidding strategies. They just learn from a better signal.
Vantage sends value signals to the platforms where you acquire customers at scale: Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, delivered server-side through each platform’s official APIs.
App flows can also work through your MMP, with the caveat that MMP data usually complements your first-party data rather than replaces it. The right mix depends on where you spend and how your data is structured.
Usually, yes. Vantage works from the click and session data Tapper already collects, plus your conversion outcomes. You do not need a perfect warehouse to start: month 1 of the pilot is exactly the data-collection phase that builds the foundation.
What matters is that the fundamentals are fixable: a consistent way to tie conversions to users, and revenue or value data we can learn from. If something is missing, it surfaces in month 1, not after you have committed.
One 30-minute call. We connect your ad accounts via API and add the monitoring script, with no changes to your campaigns, bidding, or tracking. From that point data starts flowing and the pilot begins.
We start with a free pilot, so the impact is proven on your own numbers before any commitment.
Month 1 is monitoring and data collection: Tapper observes your traffic, scores every click, and builds your baseline. Nothing changes in your campaigns.
Month 2 is Block: we exclude the invalid users and run a proper test, so you see the impact on CPA and conversion rate against a real control, not a before-and-after guess.
From month 3 we layer in Vantage: predicted lifetime value signals start flowing to the platforms and keep improving as real outcomes come back.
You should not have to take a vendor’s word for it, especially with creative tests, channel changes, or seasonality in the mix.
Before anything goes live we agree what business-as-usual means, what is held out, and which metrics count, measured in your attribution stack, not ours. The test itself is a randomised holdout against the treated group, run through the platforms’ native experiment tools where possible.
Readouts are timed to when your value actually matures, so long-term value is not judged on a seven-day window.
Tapper Block fits brands spending around $45K+ a month on a platform. Vantage is built for teams spending $500K+ a month on paid acquisition, with enough conversion volume to model and test against.
It is a weaker fit if spend is low, post-conversion value is flat, or nobody owns ROAS. We will tell you that on the first call.
Block starts from 1% of protected ad spend, with fixed monthly plans for affiliate and mobile. Vantage is priced to your spend and data volume.
The first month is free, and the right way to judge the result is net uplift: recovered budget plus added customer value against the fee, proven in the test, not a vanity percentage.
Tapper is SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and CCPA compliant, and works from your first-party click and session data with privacy-safe processing. No personal identity data is used in model training.
Security and data-processing documentation is available for procurement and legal review.
