Bid for the buyers who come back

Tapper Vantage predicts what each new customer will spend over time. Google and Meta can then optimize toward that predicted value, not toward the shoppers whose first order happens to look best.

The same buyer, two different values

Without Tapper · Txn 1050

$49

Google or Meta sees one $49 order and nothing after it. Buyer B looks exactly like Buyer A, who returned the order on Day 15.

With Tapper · Txn 1050

$583.90

Tapper sends a predicted lifetime value instead. Buyer B is scored as a repeat customer from the first order, and Google or Meta bids for more shoppers like them.

In this example a one-time buyer and a future VIP look identical on Day 1: one $49 order. The repeat orders and referrals only show up weeks later. Tapper predicts that future value up front, when the bid is decided. We call that prediction pLTV, short for predicted lifetime value.

How it works

Three steps from first order to better bids

Tapper Vantage reads what happens on the first visit and first order, predicts what each customer will be worth, and sends that prediction to Google and Meta as the value to optimize toward.

1

Start from the first order

Tapper reads how the shopper browsed, what your store already knows about them, anything they told you at checkout, and the details of the first order. Together that describes how each new customer arrived and what they did on the first visit.

2

Score each customer’s future value

Every new buyer gets a predicted spend for the coming months from the pLTV model (predicted lifetime value). The model checks that prediction against what similar customers actually went on to buy.

3

Pass the value to your ad platforms

Tapper sends the predicted value to Google and Meta as the value to optimize toward. The platforms then bid for customers who look like your best buyers, with less weight on what the first order looked like.
